Royal Flake

Our Royal Flake flooring system provides floors with a decorative, finished looking floor by using a higher concentration of vinyl chips. It is a three-coat epoxy primer system designed for light- to medium-duty flooring needs. The floors can also include a non-slip texture if desired.

Samples of epoxy and flake combinations

First Coat: Epoxy primer 100% solid is applied to a floor that has been cleaned and the surface prepared as well as any drains protected.

Second Coat: A clear 100% epoxy applied and filled with vinyl chips to rejection. The excess vinyl chips are removed.

Third Coat: High-performance, pigmented urethane top coat is then applied for better scratch resistance and shine retention.

Fourth Coat: High-performance clear urethane is applied as a final coat for added durability.

All floors come with a "No Hassle" Warranty and cleaning instructions.
